Exercise name: Bag Over Shoulder
Exercise description:
To perform a weight bag over shoulder, follow these steps:
Position the Sandbag: Place the sandbag on the floor between your legs and stand behind it.
Squat and Pick Up: Squat down and pick up the sandbag from either side, wrapping your arms around it if necessary for a better grip.
Lift the Sandbag: Brace your core and lift the sandbag off the ground, keeping it close to your body.
Shoulder Toss: Lift the sandbag onto one shoulder and throw it over your shoulder onto the floor. Turn around and repeat the movement on the other side.
Technique that must be performed to count: Bag must clearly go over the shoulder.

Casual division modifier: Lighter bag.
Exercise equipment needed: Weight bags or balls
