    • To perform this exercise correctly, follow these steps:

    • Setup: Stand facing the anchor point of the rope with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. Grip the rope with both hands.

    • Movement: Raise the ropes overhead using your arms and shoulders. Forcefully slam the ropes down onto the ground, engaging your core and maintaining the bend in your knees.

    • Repeat: Immediately raise the ropes again, including a little jump, and repeat the slamming motion. Maintain a consistent, rhythmic motion.

  • Technique that must be performed to count: Entire full length of the rope must leave contact with the ground.
