Dummy Drag

  • Exercise name: Dummy Drag

  • Exercise description: The dummy does not need to be fully lifted off the ground.

    • Squat down behind the dummy.

    • Bearhug the dummy.

    • Lift the dummy straight up using your legs, keeping dummy close to your chest.

    • Walk backwards 25ft while bearhugging the dummy.

    • Reverse direction at appropriate halfway mark and return the dummy to the start point.

  • Technique that must be performed to count: Dummy must make it back to the start point.

  • How to fail the technique: Dummy doesn’t return to the start point.

  • # of repetitions before shooting: 1 25ft drag.

  • Casual division modifier: Lighter dummy, bearhug sandbag

  • Exercise equipment needed: 2 dummies. 1 at 180 lbs. 1 at 90 lbs.
