2026 Ruck Schedule

The Ruck march will begin promptly at approximately 15 minutes after the WOD concludes.

Like the morning warm up run, this is a race. But not only is it a race, we expect for you to maintain a pace of 15 minutes per 1 mile (4 MPH) or better. Those who come in behind the standard par time, will be issued a point penalty and will get left over cold BBQ.

  • May: 4 Miles = 60 minute par time.

  • June: 5 Miles = 75 minute par time.

  • July: 6 Miles = 90 minute par time.

  • Aug: 7 Miles = 105 minute par time.

  • Sept Finale: 8 Miles = 120 minute par time.
