How to earn WOD station points:
In this station example on Range 9 - Station 1
Casual division athletes are prescribed 5 proper hand release push-ups. (Hardcore division would do 10.)
After completing 5 proper push ups. You'd grab your carbine off the grounding board and shoot carbine prone unsupported until you get 2 impacts on yellow circle steel target.
Once you get 2 impacts, that is considered 1 rep point for that particular station.
You can't shoot until you complete the prescribed exercise. The rep isn't completed until the prescribed number of impacts is achieved.
Put carbine back on the board, and repeat.
Get as many rep points as possible in the prescribed station time limit.
