A Quick Overview for 2027 Licensing Partners
We want the Operator Syndicate Series to spread like napalm. Therefore we make the start up cost as low as possible, the event coordination as easy as possible, and minimal personnel needed for our Licensing Partners.
What is a Licensing Partner? Think of a franchise business owner, but without the mountain of legal paperwork. While under licensed partnership, you own your local market. Examples of a Licensing Partnership would be a local CrossFit gym, or Precision Rifle Series club matches, or IDPA matches. Locally owned and operated, with oversight and guidance from the parent organization. The Operator Syndicate Series (OSS) HQ is still top of the chain-of-command, but we are more of a supporting roll to assist in your success.
As a licensing partner,
You are the managing OSS partner for your state/area.
While under licensed partnership, you own the legal entity. Operator Syndicate Series - [your state or city], LLC
You will provide your own umbrella insurance policy for event days.
You are responsible for promoting your local programs (events).
While under licensed partnership, you own the social media presence Operator Syndicate Series - [your state or city].
Promote on local forums, blogs, cooperating partnering businesses, etc.
OSS HQ will also promote and share your content.
You are the event coordinator for your local programs. This includes event set up, managing the event and competitors on game day, event tear down, and storage of all your event supplies.
You have the option to use the official OSS monthly event programs, or create your own under the OSS template, guidelines, and approval.
If you do not own your own a live fire range, then you are responsible for coordinating long term use agreements with a local facility.
See below for range/facility size requirements.
Operator Syndicate Series HQ will help with all the admin and logistics needed.
All registrations will come through the official www.Operator.Fitness website and will be added to the national scoreboard. You will have 24/7 access to your registration roster.
HQ will provide you with achievement medals as needed.

HQ will provide Licensing Partners with official OSS merchandise at a wholesale price to have physically on site for cash purchases. Any merchandise purchases made through the OSS website by competitors, will be shipped to the Licensing Partners to deliver during events.
