Exercise name: Overhead Walking Lunges
Exercise description:
Setup and Posture
Pick your weight: Use a light weight plate, a single dumbbell, two dumbbells, or a light barbell.
Press overhead: Lock out your elbows completely with your biceps close to your ears.
Tuck your ribs: Engage your core and tuck your pelvis slightly so you do not arch your lower back.
Execution
Step forward: Take a large step forward with one foot, keeping your feet hip-width apart for better balance.
Lower down: Bend both knees to drop your back knee gently toward the floor. Your front knee should sit right above your ankle.
Drive up: Push through your front heel to stand back up.
Continue moving: Bring your back foot forward to step immediately into the next lunge with the opposite leg.
Technique that must be performed to count: Weight must remain lifted fully overhead. Knees must touch the ground on each down motion.
# of repetitions before shooting: 10
Casual division modifier: Lighter weight or less reps
