Push Ups - USMC Death Crawl

  • Exercise name: Push Ups - USMC Death Crawl

  • Exercise description:

    • Start Position: Begin by standing upright with your feet shoulder width apart.

    • Hinge: Keeping your legs straight, bend over and place your palms on the ground as close to your feet as possible. (only bend your knees if you absolutely have too)

    • The Crawl: Keeping your feet in place, walk your hands forward until you are in a upright plank position.

    • Push Up: Perform one proper push up by benign your arms until your chest touches the ground, then pushing up into a straight and rigid plank position.

    • The Crawl: Keeping your feet in place, and your legs straight, walk your hands back towards your feet until you can stand upright in the starting position. (only bend your knees if you absolutely have too)

  • Technique that must be performed to count: Start and end standing completely upright. Must perform a full and proper push up.

  • # of repetitions before shooting: 2-5 depending on the station time.

  • Casual division modifier: Less Reps or allow bent legs on the crawl forward and backwards.

  • Exercise equipment needed: Exercise mat.
