Push-Ups (Hand-Release)
Exercise name: Hand-Release Push-Ups
Exercise description:
Starting Position: Begin in a lower push-up position with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and body in a straight line from head to heels. Engage your core and keep your back flat.
Release Weight: Lift both of your hands noticeably off the ground transferring your body weight to your chest.
Explosive Push: Return your hands to the ground and drive your body upward with a powerful push. Entire body is off the ground with fully outstretched arms.
Lowering Down: Slowly lower your body down until your chest, or body armor, touches the ground. Maintain a tight core and keep your elbows tucked in slightly.
Release Weight: Lift both of your hands noticeably off the ground transferring your body weight to your chest.
Repeat.
Technique that must be performed to count: Arms must be fully extended in the up position, and both of your hands must noticeably come off the ground.

Casual division modifier: Less Reps, knees on ground
