Equipment Needed
Ammo Round Count
Pistol: 35 rounds.
Carbine: 24 rounds.
Kettlebell or Dumbbell:
Operator, Merc, Gray (Hardcore): 40 lbs.
Merc, Gray (Casual): 30 lbs.
Femme Fatale (Hardcore): 30 lbs.
Femme Fatale (Casual): 20 lbs.
Targets: 5 OSS A-Zone paper targets.
Tape measure, stapler, tacks, target backer, stand, etc.
Shot timer, stop watch, etc.
Video Recorder
Non-Scored Station.
Before starting mini challenge Station 1, go for a light 1 mile jog.
After completing Station 3, go for a 5 mile ruck.
Station #1 - Sprints
Exercise equipment needed: none.
Distance:
Hardcore: 25 yards.
Casual: 15 Yards
Target: 1 OSS A-Zone target.
Weapon and ammo: Pistol, with 2 magazine of 7 rounds each.
Shooing position: Standing, unsupported.
Description:
Load pistol and holster.
On the beep of your shot timer:
Run from the 25 yard line to the target and back (50 yards total).
Casual run from the 15 yard line to the target and back (30 yards total).
Draw and engage target with 2 rounds.
Repeat for a total of 7 sprints and 14 rounds.
Reload from mag pouches as needed.
Record time on your last shot.
Add a 5 second penalty for every shot outside the A Zone box.
Station #2 - 1 Arm Over Head Lunges
Exercise equipment needed: Kettlebell or Dumbbell
Operator, Merc, Gray (Hardcore): 35 lbs.
Merc, Gray (Casual): 25 lbs.
Femme Fatale (Hardcore): 25 lbs.
Femme Fatale (Casual): 15 lbs.
Distance: 25 yards.
Target: 3 OSS A-Zone targets placed a minimum of 25 feet apart to force target transitions.
Weapon and ammo: Carbine with 3 magazine of 8 rounds each.
Shooting position: Kneeling, unsupported.
Description:
Leave loaded carbine on the ground (or table) next to exercise area on the 25 yard line.
On the beep of your shot timer:
Perform 10 lunges (5 each leg), while holding a kettlebell/dumbbell directly over head with outstretched arm. Drop kettlebell/dumbbell. Then engage each target with 2 round each from the kneeling unsupported position.
Place loaded carbine on ground or table.
Repeat again while holding kettlebell/dumbbell overhead in opposite hand.
Repeat for a total of 4 sets of 10 lunges and 24 fired shots.
Reload from mag pouches as needed.
Record time on your last shot.
Add a 5 second penalty for every shot outside the A Zone box.
Station #3 - Burpees
Exercise equipment needed: none.
Distance:
Hardcore: 25 yards.
Casual: 15 Yards
Target: 1 OSS A-Zone target.
Weapon and ammo: Pistol, with 3 magazines of 7 rounds each.
Shooting position: Standing, unsupported.
Description:
Load pistol and holster.
On the beep of your shot timer:
Perform 1 Burpee then draw and engage target with 1 round.
Repeat for a total of 21 burpees and 21 rounds.
Reload from mag pouches as needed.
Record time on your last shot.
Add a 5 second penalty for every shot outside the A Zone box.
