Seated Rope Pull (sled)

  • Exercise/task name: Seated Rope Pull (sled)

  • Exercise description:

    • Start the Seated Sled Pull sitting on the ground at a 90 degree angle across the field from the sled.

    • Fully extend the 25’ rope.

    • Then grab the fully extended rope and pull the sled had over hand to you while staying seated in place.

  • Technique that must be performed to count: Must remain seated in place on the ground.

  • How to fail the technique: Rope must be fully extended when starting. Must remain seated until the sled touches your feet.

  • # of repetitions before shooting: 1 sled pull with 135 lbs

  • Casual division modifier: Less weight.
