Exercise/task name: Seated Rope Pull (sled)
Exercise description:
Start the Seated Sled Pull sitting on the ground at a 90 degree angle across the field from the sled.
Fully extend the 25’ rope.
Then grab the fully extended rope and pull the sled had over hand to you while staying seated in place.
Technique that must be performed to count: Must remain seated in place on the ground.
How to fail the technique: Rope must be fully extended when starting. Must remain seated until the sled touches your feet.
# of repetitions before shooting: 1 sled pull with 135 lbs
Casual division modifier: Less weight.
Exercise equipment needed: 1 sled and 1 .5-inch-thick 25’ rope. weight plates
