90 Degree Squat Hold

Exercise Name: ​90 Degree Squat Hold

  • Exercise description:

    • Starting position: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes pointing slightly outward.

    • Brace: Tighten your core muscles and keep your chest facing forward with a straight back.

    • Lower down: Push your hips back and bend your knees to lower your body.

    • Find the 90-degree angle: Stop descending when your upper legs are parallel to the ground and your knees form a 90-degree angle.

    • Hold the position: Keep your weight in your heels, push your knees slightly out so they stay in line with your toes, and hold still for 20 to 30 seconds while breathing normally.

  • Technique that must be performed to count: Legs are parallel to the ground and your knees form a 90-degree angle. Weight must remain touching the front of the chest.

  • # of repetitions before shooting: 20 Seconds.

  • Casual division modifier: Less time, lighter weight, body weight.

  • Exercise equipment needed: Sandbags, ammo cans, dumbbells, kettlebells, plate.
