Exercise/task name: Standing Rope Pull (sled)
Exercise description:
Start standing at a 90 degree angle across the field from the sled.
Fully extend the rope to begin.
Then grab the fully extended rope and pull the sled hand over hand to you while keeping your feet firmly in place.
Technique that must be performed to count: Feet must remain planted in place in place on the ground. Rope must be fully extended when starting.
# of repetitions before shooting: 1 sled pull 25’ with 135 lbs
Casual division modifier: less weight.
Exercise equipment needed: 1 sled, 1 .5-inch-thick 25’ rope, weights plates.
