Suitcase Deadlift

  • Exercise name: Suitcase Deadlift

  • Exercise description:

    • Setup: Stand with feet hip-width apart, with a heavy kettlebell/dumbbell, bar placed outside one foot.

  • Technique that must be performed to count:  Do not allow the torso to tilt or bend laterally toward the weight. Hips and shoulders must rise and fall at the same time.

  • # of repetitions before shooting: 5 Each Side

  • Casual division modifier: Lighter weight and or less reps
