Concept of OSS Time

Time in the Operator Syndicate Series (OSS)

Let's talk about TIME in the OSS Program—it's your ultimate ally or your worst enemy.

The entire challenge operates on a razor-sharp schedule. Until it's all done, there's ZERO room for chit-chat or socializing. Stay locked in, or the clock will own you.

Lacking a sense of urgency or ignoring the timeline? There are real consequences. You're not just tanking your own score—you're letting down your entire squad.

For the May OSS Challenge, the WOD is split into 5 distinct range bays at MarksmanshipTrainingCenter. Sessions kick off precisely at the bottom of each hour: 0930, 1030, 1130, 1230, and 1330. Be at your assigned range and station, geared up and ready to crush it.

Each range features multiple stations with fixed work intervals (like 1:15, 2:00, or 4:15). That's your window to rack up points—make every second count.

When your interval ends, you've got just 15 seconds to reset equipment, clear the station, snag the clipboard from your squadmate, and confirm your score.

Then, it's their turn: They hit the station for the same interval while you recover, keep score, and watch for safety.

Expect about 45 minutes to cycle through all stations in a range. After that, you've got 15 minutes to unload weapons, troubleshoot any gear issues, reload mags, hydrate, hit the restroom, hustle to the next range, reload, and get familiar with the upcoming stations.

Stay sharp, move with purpose—time waits for no one in OSS! 💥🕒
