0900: 0.75 mile run.
Live Fire WOD goes hot no later than: 0930
Each range, with 5-10 stations:
Will have a total of 60 minutes WODS.
With a 15 minute range to range rotation time.
All ranges will begin WOD time at: 0930, 1045, 1200, 1315
Conclude live fire WODs at approximately 1415
Begin 5 Mile Ruck at 1430
NLT 1630 OSS Completion.

Range 3 stations will have 10 stations (AMRAP) with 1 interval of 2:45 minute work and 2:45 minute rest.
R3 – Station 1 Pistol + Single Arm Overhead Reverse Lunges
R3 – Station 2 Pistol + Bent Over Rows (Sandbag)
R3 – Station 3 Pistol + Overhead Weighted Sit-Ups
R3 – Station 4 Pistol + Death Crawl Push-Ups
R3 – Station 5 Pistol + Single Arm Farmer’s Carry
R3 – Station 6 Pistol + Dummy Drag
R3 – Station 7 Pistol + Toes To Bar
R3 – Station 8 Pistol + Weighted Box Steps
R3 – Station 9 Pistol + Tire Flop & Hop
R3 – Station 10 Pistol + Dead Arm Hang
Range 8 (right) will have 5 stations (AMRAP) with intervals of 1:45 minute work and 1:45 minute rest, which repeat each station 3 times before moving on.

R8L – Station 3: Pistol + Single Leg Jump Rope
R8L – Station 4: Pistol + Bulgarian Squat
R8L – Station 5: Pistol + Single Arm Overhead Farmer’s Carry
Range 8 (Left) will have 5 stations (AMRAP) with intervals of 1:45 minute work and 1:45 minute rest, which repeat each station 3 times before moving on.
R8R – Station 1: Carbine + Stationary Standing Rope Pull
R8R – Station 2: Carbine + (Anchored) Sit-Ups
R8R - Station 3: Carbine + Lunge Curls
R8R – Station 4: Carbine + Leg Raises
R8R – Station 5: Carbine + Spiderman Push-Ups
Range 9 stations will have 5 stations (AMRAP) with 1 interval of 4:45 minute work and 4:45 minute rest.
All exercises will be at the 100 yard line, and all shooting drills will be at the 80 yard line forcing a 20 yard sprint with every rep for both the athlete and the safety RO.
